Orosei situated in the northern part of the homonymous Gulf, along the
oriental coast of the Sardinia, is careful lied down on immense flat the
alluvial one of the Cedrino River. The prehistoric presence in its territory
of several "Nuraghi" and villages, testify a rich past of ancient takeovers.
Its inhabited centre is made valuable in the last years, worthy of
attraction and interest in order to have conserved with minimal degradation

that it is opened to North, with the natural park of Bidderosa and closes to
South with the beach of Osala-Cartoe. The long coast is carved from numerous
inserted beaches between cliffs granites (to North) and basaltic (to South);
the pleasant variety of sands (most fine or granular) and of I found them is
due to the various geologic vicissitudes of the hinterland. The fraction of
Sos Alinos, to 12 km from the country, is not other that a small village
situated in proximity of by now celebrates beach of Cala Liberotto, Cala
Ginepro, Sa Curcurica.
