House Maria : Essential lines and the rigor of the mediterranean-white characterize the house; a new construction on plan of an engineer, that has joined style and practicality, just as the ancient houses of my country :
simple, with arbour and widths verande, whithened for to shelter from the summery sultriness. The house is on 2 levels; for now is available only one (70 mq + verande); the width veranda with ceiling to staves of wood and the
large glass doors allow the ambient inside always fresh in natural way. The furnishing is modern with callbacks to the Sardinian handicraft of prestige (tapestries of Nule). The house is dipped in a country, surrended from
typical walls and from olive trees, oleander, bounganville,myrtle and carob trees. Oriented to the north-east with sight on the sea, it is distant 2 km from the beaches of Orosei. Like to accede: to 1 km from the end of the
Orosei country, on the state road n° 125, direction for Dorgali, there is a small dirt road.
Our houses are rented by the week generally from Sat. to Sat. Our prices included water, electricity, gas consumption and final cleaning. Bed and bath linen are not included. Means of access: indispensable the car.
